1. About this service
Pass First Time provides online educational content to help UK learner drivers prepare for their DVSA practical driving test. The service includes written guides, video content, and interactive tools covering common failure reasons, manoeuvres, and test-day nerves. We are an independent resource and are not affiliated with the DVSA or any driving instructor organisation.
2. Pricing and access
We offer the following plans:
- Free tier — selected content available without payment.
- Lifetime access — £24.99 — one-time payment for permanent access to all current and future content.
- Monthly subscription — £6.99/month — recurring access, cancellable at any time.
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscribers with reasonable notice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials or resell access to the service.
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without written permission.
- Attempt to circumvent access controls or reverse-engineer the platform.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
4. Intellectual property
All content on Pass First Time — including text, graphics, and compiled data — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright. Statistical data sourced from official DVSA publications is used under Open Government Licence. Your payment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content. No ownership is transferred.
5. No guarantee of test pass
Pass First Time provides educational material only. We make no guarantee that using this service will result in passing your driving test. Test outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including individual ability, on-the-day conditions, and examiner assessment. Nothing on this site constitutes professional driving instruction.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pass First Time is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law
